officers who gave their lives in the line of duty are held at the Idaho Peace Officer's Memorial in Meridian, Idaho. I have been honored to take photos of the ceremonies since the memorial site was established. Although I am now retired from the Idaho State Police, I would not miss this moving and important annual event, especially as a photographer who finds this an excellent photojournalistic opportunity.I've posted some of my better shots from this year's ceremony, held May 7, 2010 at this location -
